Minor variations resulting from hand-finishing, stone setting or manufacturing processes may occur and are not necessarily considered defects where they do not materially affect the quality, appearance or specifications of the product.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability and pricing may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products under applicable UAE law.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from MARLA Fine Jewellery.
An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully receive or process the required payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraud, misuse of promotions or errors in product information.
If we cancel or materially change an order after it has been submitted, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number or billing information provided with the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Once an order has been accepted or production has started, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for custom-made, engraved, resized or personalised jewellery.
Returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
Purchases from this website are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, offers and promotions may change without notice.
The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping, customs duties, import charges and other destination-specific charges are not included in the product price.
Where VAT or other taxes are legally applicable, they will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or similar fees imposed by the destination country.

Delivery times shown on our website or communicated to you are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to prepare and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe.
Delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, government restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
Where an order is returned or delivery fails because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
Risk of loss or damage remains subject to applicable UAE law and generally passes upon confirmed delivery of the order to the delivery address provided by the customer or to an authorised recipient.
If your parcel is lost, damaged or materially delayed before confirmed delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter with the delivery provider.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

All content made available through the Services, including our name, MARLA branding, logos, jewellery designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MARLA Fine Jewellery and is protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

The MARLA Fine Jewellery name, MARLA logos, jewellery designs and related branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and MARLA Fine Jewellery.
Shopify is not the seller of MARLA Fine Jewellery products.
